Sauce strongly spiced up with onions, capers and chervil. Ideal with poultry and red meat. Also exquisite with crab, lobster, shrimps and white fish. Try it also with frog legs.

Ingredients: vegetable oil, egg yolk,vinegar, hydrolysed soy-egg white, water, mustard (water, vinegar, mustard seed, salt, spices), onions, dextrose, tomato powder, capers, chervil, salt, spices, malt vinegar (contains barley), melasse, soy sauce (contains wheat), sugar, lemon juice, glucose-fructose syrup, anchovy, spices extract, tamarind, herbs extracts, natural flavours. Stabilizing agents: guar gum, locust bean gum. Colouring agent: caramel
