Sauce prepared according to a traditional recipe from Andalucia, the most southern part of Spain. Unavoidable with all kind of red meat: raw, grilled and roasted and with salad.


vegetable oil, mustard (water, vinegar, mustard seed, salt, spices), vinegar, egg yolk, dextrose, water, tomato powder, onions, salt, spices, chervil, capers, malt vinegar (contains barley), melasse, soy sauce (contains wheat), sugar, lemon juice, glucose-fructose syrup, anchovy, spices extract, tamarind, herbs extract, natural flavour. Stabilizing agent: guar gum, locust bean gum. Colouring agent: caramel
