This sauce with dragon is delicicous with fish dishes such as salmon or rols of sole.

And of course perfect for a traditional steak bearnaise

 

Ingredients: vegetable oil, egg yolk, water, vinegar, mustard (water, vinegar, mustard seed, salt, herbs), herbs. Colouring agent: carotenoïds.
