Fondua dill

This slight sauce can perfectly be combined with steamed white fish and salmon, but also with summer dishes such as cucumber and potatoes salad and tomatoes. Try it also with herring and mussels.

Ingredients: vegetable oil, egg yolk, vinegar, mustard (water, vinegar, mustard seed, salt, herbs), dextrose, dill (0.4%), herbs and spices.
