Fondua steak bearnaise

The perfect sauce for a « Steak Bearnaise », but also delicious with a roast beef. Preparation : Heat the sauce during 1 min – don’t cover – in the microware (180 W)

Ingredients: water, vegetable oil, white wine vinegar, egg yolk, sugar, modified starch, mustard (water, vinegar, mustard seed, salt, herbs), herbs and natural flavours. Conserving agent: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, lactic acid. Stabilising agent: milk proteins, lecithin, guar gum, xanthan gum, mono- and diglycerides. Colouring agent: carotenoids.
