Smooth sauce with fresh onions. Finish your cold dishes of fish and meat with the delicious Tartare of Fondua. But also very nice with summer salads or grilled eel.

Ingredients: vegetable oil, egg yolk, vinegar, water, onion, chervil, mustard (water, vinegar, mustard seed, salt, herbs).
